In Europe, there have been privately- negotiated deals in Russia, the U.K. (England and Northern Ireland), Germany, France, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In Latin America, our experience includes joint ventures in Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico and Brazil.

This international profile includes joint venture (“JV”) manufacturing operations, product sourcing and distribution, technology transfers (including capital formation), retail advisory services and direct investment in natural resource processing, media, telecom, energy, and technology ventures.

Frequently, Windom Peaks will receive an inquiry from large multinational companies looking for potential U.S. acquisitions (or looking to sell “orphaned” businesses) in order to expand global operations or refocus on core assets, including businesses in the media, telecommunications, retail, financial services, distribution, and manufacturing spaces. Additional inquiries have focused on the identification of potential U.S. strategic partners for new or expanded venture opportunities internationally. Currently, this demand is particularly strong in the Asia and the Middle East.

Recently, Windom Peaks principals have participated in projects that include power generation, telecom JV, security systems, logistics support, software and internet gaming, music education, creation and distribution, nanoprint technologies (including printable electronics and RFID), contract manufacturing and internet and television development.
